Mezen fishers are ready to share their experience with Vychegda fishers

Nikolai Shilov, Model River Mezen project Coordinator of the Silver Taiga Foundation, has told about it at the Round Table “Rural Areas Development”. The discussion held in the village of Ust-Kulom on November 19, 2019 in the frame of the reporting and election conference of the Ust-Kulomsky office of the interregional social movement Komi Voityr (Komi People).

Silver Taiga representatives are ready to acquaint Vychegda fishermen with the experience of the AgroUdora cooperative, which has been operating in the Udora district since 2011. The Silver Taiga Foundation collaborates with the cooperative within the framework of the Model River Mezen project by participation in the stocking of the fishing grounds with fish and organizing the reclamation works, that need to be conducted on the fishing grounds.
